- The overall dimensions of the MTF tool are:
120 x 60 x 0.8 mm. - Both edges of 120 lengths have a ripple of less then 5 micrometer perpendicular to the surface of the plate.
Aluminum Plate
- The overall dimensions of the Aluminum Plate are:
200 x 200 x 2 mm. - Thickness tolerance ± 20 micrometer
