Oxysoft
Oxysoft is dedicated software to collect, store, view and analyze all necessary data from the Oxymon and PortaMon and is developed by Artinis Medical Systems. The software is user-friendly and highly adjustable to individual preferences. Some of it's main features are:
- Data collection
- Import and export of Oxymon data files
- Export can be to text file, Microsoft Excel or XML
- Import and scaling of data acquired via the optional analog input channels
- Importing of data files collected with other instruments
- Re-sampling of data
- Filtering of data with various kind of filters
- Viewing and expanding of data
- Calculating average, mean, standard deviation, and regession
- Calculating differences between selected time frames
- Calculation of oxygen consumption, blood flow, venous saturation and arterial saturation
- Calculating averages of (block) stimuli (for functional NIR studies), including detrend function
- Generate events from external inputs, very handy for functional NIRS studies
- Make 2 dimensional plots
- Make movies of the 2-D plots, e.g. for presentations. Very useful for brain mapping!
- Compare between traces
- Files are collected within one project. Analysis can be setup for all files simultaneously. New files are easily added
- Original data sets are always maintained
