Training & Consultancy
Although our products are relatively easy to use, we understand that you can appreciate our help. We like meeting our customers and anyone who is interested in our systems. We are open to receive any question, comment or complaint and we do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
We use many ways to meet our customers;
- Anyone is free to visit us at our office. If you are not familiar with the device you can come and see how it works yourself. Also our new users of current customer devices are welcome to come to our office for an introduction course.
- It is also possible that we visit you on location, for an introduction or advanced course.
- With our many years of experience in NIRS, we also offer research consultancy. We can help you to create a protocol and/or the analysis of your data. This is also possible on location.
- It is standard that we offer full support for the first year after your purchase of our NIRS devices. You can always call, e-mail or visit us. For quick assistance we use remote control of your computer to help you.
