Quality manager

Artinis Medical Systems, based in the Netherlands, will expand its capabilities and is looking for a Quality Manager.

  • In this function you are responsible for the development of the quality management system to a system which is efficient and effective and be responsible for the quality assurance of our processes. A quality management system has been introduced and has to be implemented to obtain certification for ISO 13485.

  • You develop, evaluate and maintain the internal quality processes.

  • You support the development process of our devices with knowledge about regulatory requirements and risk management processes.

  • You analyze, start improvement projects and advise colleagues in a practical and open way.

  • You organize and accompany internal and external audits and facilitate the internal organization, the customer and external auditors.

  • You have conversations with suppliers, customers and all departments about quality related issues and are able to search for a good solution for the involved parties and are able to motivate and convince them.

We will need you to have:

  • A bachelor in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in quality management in an international environment

  • An in-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 14791. Knowledge of IEC 60601 is a pre

  • Affinity for technology and able to develop effective and efficient processes

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and able to convince people to solve problems resulting in a good solution for all involved parties

  • Result driven, good analytical skills, working structured and accurate, proactive and a team player
