Kwaliteit en veiligheid van onze producten en een hoge kwaliteit van support zijn voor ons van groot belang. Quality Officer

We zijn op zoek naar een quality officer met een scherp oog voor detail die klaar is om samen met ons team het kwaliteitssysteem te onderhouden en verbeteren. Als quality officer zul je werken aan het monitorren, plannen en continu verbeteren van onze processen. Daarnaast ondersteun je je collega’s van verschillende afdelingen in het volgen van procedures. Zo help je bij releases, rapportages, wijzigingen, kwaliteitsplannen, oplossingen en audits. Je bent betrokken bij kwaliteitsprocessen van het begin van productontwikkeling tot after-sales.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Ondersteunen van collega’s bij diverse aspecten van ons kwaliteitssysteem

• Onderhouden en vrijgeven van (technische) documentatie conform procedures

• Begeleiden van collega’s bij het gebruik van formulieren en procedures

• Bijhouden en controleren van diverse records en accurate feedback hierop leveren

• Bijhouden van diverse kwaliteitsdatabases en -planningen zoals voor audits, nonconformities, verbeteracties, trainingen en kalibraties

• Verzamelen en rapporteren van data voor het meten en monitoren van processen en producten

• Meewerken aan het continue verberen van kwaliteitsprocedures, -werkinstructies en -formulieren

• Opvragen en controleren van certificaten van onze toeleveranciers

Kwalificaties

• Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding

• Procesmatig werken en denken

• Geduldig, behulpzaam en in staat om met collega’s van diverse disciplines te werken

• Mondelinge en geschreven vaardigheid in Engels

• Je werkt accuraat en gestructureerd

• In staat om data en feedback te verzamelen en deze aan het team te presenteren.

• Ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen zoals ISO 9001 of ISO 13485 is een pre

Quality Officer

We are looking for a quality officer with a keen eye for detail who is ready to join our team to maintain and improve the quality system. As a quality officer, you will work on monitoring, planning and continuously improving our processes. You will also support your colleagues from various departments in following procedures. This includes supporting with releases, reports, changes, quality plans, solutions and audits. You will be involved in quality processes from the beginning of product development to after-sales.

Responsibilities

• Supporting colleagues in various aspects of our quality management system

• Maintaining and releasing (technical) documentation in accordance with procedures

• Guiding colleagues in the use of forms and procedures

• Maintaining and reviewing quality records and providing accurate feedback

• Maintaining various quality databases and schedules, such as for audits, nonconformities, improvement actions, training and calibrations

• Collecting and reporting data for measuring and monitoring of processes and products

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality procedures, work instructions and forms

• Requesting and reviewing certificates from our suppliers

Qualifications

• A completed higher professional education (Bachelor’s) degree

• Process-oriented approach to working and thinking

• Patient, helpful, and able to work with colleagues from various disciplines

• Verbal and written English proficiency

• Accurate and structured work style

• Ability to collect data and feedback and present it to the team.

• Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 is a plus.
