Explore the art of NIRS

The Artinis symposium is an open platform for NIRS enthusiasts. Our visitors include academic students, scientists and researchers, both experienced and novice. We offer lots of hands-on experience, NIRS workshops, scientific lectures, social events and possibilities to share your experiences with us and other attendees. The core topics will include the latest developments in neuroscience, brain-computer interfacing, psychology, neonatology, sports science, physiology and multi-modal applications like NIRS-EEG-tCS.

We cannot thank you enough for your enthusiasm on ARTscientific 2019! At this moment, we are fully booked. If you wish to be on the waiting list for this year’s symposium, please fill in the form and we will contact you when spots become available.

Location and venue

The symposium is located on the boulevard of Egmond aan Zee, a panoramic location only 10 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches in The Netherlands. An ARTscientific Symposium ticket includes all talks and workshops, welcome coffee/tea, 2 times breakfast, lunch and dinner and a 2-night stay at the symposium's location: Golfzang Strandhotel. Warm colors, fresh grass, wood, local modern art, and a natural design creates a pleasant and inspiring environment to follow workshops during the day and to socialize in the evening. Within 500 meters of the hotel, you will find the town center, the beach, dunes, and woods that are ideal for walking or cycling.
